QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COURSE MONITORING
Information is fed into the Course Monitoring Board by the following:
- Programme leader through minutes from departmental meetings
- Student representatives through a summary of the student evaluation modules
- Relevant Lecturers
- External Examiner Reports
- Director of SWBL Course
- Boards of study through the minutes of the twice yearly meetings.
The Course Monitoring Board issues an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) which is sent to both the Validating Institution and the Academic Dean for review. Recommendations and/or conditions are then made to the Academic Boards which then pass these to the relevant Boards of Study for their implementation.

EXTERNAL EXAMINERS REPORTS
The External Examiners Reports shall be appended to the document: The relevant section of the minutes of the Scheme Committee that considered the reports shall be appended. Include summary of any major points made in the reports and outline of responses to the reports.
